Real files, defined scope
Buyer and listing files opened from executed contracts in a launch state. Status answers, source-backed deadlines, missing-document tracking, follow-ups you confirm, and a closing export.
Pilot program
Individual agents and small teams, real files, a defined scope, and seven things we measure. No results are claimed before they are measured.
Who it's for
Not in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina? The application routes you to your state's waitlist instead. Nothing is enabled there yet.
Buyer and listing files opened from executed contracts in a launch state. Status answers, source-backed deadlines, missing-document tracking, follow-ups you confirm, and a closing export.
You text a dedicated number. Confirmed messages go out under your name after carrier registration for your brand is complete.
A named person reads every draft that got edited or discarded, every clarification that missed, and every reply that surprised you. That is the point of the pilot.
No automatic sending of any kind during the pilot. Anything the assistant cannot classify becomes a question to you.
What we measure
Every benefit on this site is a hypothesis until the pilot measures it. Here is the list, so you can hold us to it.
| Measure | How |
|---|---|
| Time to first useful answer | From your first text on a file to a status, deadline, or missing-document answer you acted on. |
| Administrative time saved per file | Your estimate of the time the same file used to take, minus the time you spent, including reading and confirming drafts. |
| Draft editing rate | Share of drafts you edited or discarded before confirming, and why. |
| Request-to-confirmed-action time | From your command to your confirmation, including any clarifying questions. |
| Repeat usage | Whether you open a second and third file without being asked to. |
| Support and delivery cost per file | What it cost us to support your files and deliver your messages, so pricing stays honest. |
| Willingness to pay | Whether you keep using it at the per-file price when the pilot ends. |
Next step
Four questions: your role, your state, how many transactions you run a month, and what you use today. A walkthrough first is fine; just say so.
